Abstract:
    The invention discloses loop testing stand on which the closed car electronic stability control system hardware. The testing stand includes electronic control device and hydraulic control device. The former is made up of host machine, target machine, data collecting card, self-control circuit board, electronic throttle, four brake cylinder pressure transducers, steering handle corner transducer, master cylinder pressure transducer, and brake paddle switch. The latter is made up four brake tongs and friction plates, four brake cylinders, brake master cylinder, and hydraulic pressure regulator. The testing stand can test and study the ESP principle and characteristic, supply testing condition for various control logic searching, reduce real car road test times and cost.
