Abstract:
    Simulating practical operating condition (pressure, temperature, and ambient temperature etc. of liquid inside pot) of stock solution pot, keeping constant pressure, temperature of liquid inside the stock solution pot, and keeping ambient temperature within a certain range, the method can carry out durability test of stock solution pot for multiple test pieces. Computer monitors and controls overall testing process, and using computer technique collects pressure parameters of system. Using intelligent program determines experimental results of tested pieces automatically. Under specific operation condition, the invention obtains tested time staring operation to break of the stock solution pot. The invention plays important role in researching performance, designing and improving structure of the stock solution pot in order to full utilize limited resource, reduce energy consumption, and increase test efficiency.
