| The instrument includes furnace body fixed on bottom plate, control mechanism as well as electrolytic cell, drying unit and pump connected to each other through pipes. Combustion tube is installed inside the furnace. Through pipe, the electrolytic cell is connected to tail end of combustion tube. There is a sample mouth at inlet side of the furnace. The sample mouth is connected to the sample device. The airtightness detection device is setup on pipe between the furnace and pump. The airtightness detection device includes airtight mechanism between the combustion tube and the electrolytic cell, and the flow rate detection mechanism located at the electrolytic cell at outlet side of the drying unit. The flow rate detection mechanism is connected to the control mechanism. Features are: simple and compact structure, low cost, and automatic detesting airtightness of whole gas circuit. | |||
