Abstract:
    The tester includes a test oil cylinder (TOC), oil storage tank, pressure oil pump, stand, a positioning subassembly (PS) for TOC, test connection line, clamp and control computer. PS and the clamp are setup on the stand. TOC and PS are in flexible connection. Product to be tested is fixed on the clamp. The oil storage tank and the pressure oil pump are use for providing test power. PS is in use for positioning TOC. TOC is connected to the oil storage tank. One end of the test connection line is connected to TOC, and the other end of the test connection line is connected product to be tested. Test operation for product to be tested is accomplished under control of test control system of control computer. Comparing with prior art, the invention possesses advantages of reasonable structural design, computer application software control, accurate positioning, one-off synthetical test functions, and good testing quality.
