Abstract:
     The present invention discloses tool and method for cutting out garments to fit the body and aims at measuring human build of cutting out garment. The build measuring and expressing method includes shoulder slope in angle, hump position and degree in length, belly size in angle and chest in angle. The present invention also provides the measurer based on the said method.
