Abstract:
     The process for making clothing model includes the following steps: using carving model to make metal mould (including cavity); using foam forming machine to fill the cavity with foaming material, and introduce steam into the metal mould so as to make the foaming material automatically foam and form; then cooling with running water and applying flocking adhesive; then spraying fire-retardant nylon flocks and matching with other decorative parts. Said invention is simple in making process, low in cost, long in mould life, and its appearance is bright-coloured and beautiful.
