Abstract:
    The invention relates to a method and apparatus for discharging fabric from a stretching machine. A running carriage delivers, spreads, and piles a sheet material to be spread to form a piled sheet material, while running on a spreading table of a stretching machine. The piled sheet material is placed on an underlay sheet which has a larger area than that of the piled sheet material. At the bottom of the carriage, a foot presser as pressing means is provided. The foot presser is designed to be vertically displaced by a cylinder. Driving to rotate a blower motor makes pressed air to be blown out by a fan through nozzles towards the surface of the spreading table, thereby reducing the load of the piled sheet material. The underlay sheet is pressed by the foot presser and the carriage starts running, whereby the piled sheet is delivered. The apparatus has the advantages of simple structure, reliable and effective working and so on.
