Abstract:
     The apparatus comprises a flexible rule having marks in accordance with the sizes of the hip for different people and a cutting means having marks corresponding to the ones on the rule. All the adjusting parts of the apparatus can be adjusted by using "T-" or "I-" shaped grooves so as to obtain the proper length and girth of a trousers. Adjustment includes moving slipper in groove and finally fastening slipper by its screw. The apparatus is simple, easy to use, facilitates its spreading and fits children or adult with different figure as well as different moudel of trousers.
