Abstract:
     This invention has a lifter moving freely up and down over the base frame, a heating device located under the lifter or the base frame, and another device on which located a suction pipe that adsorbs the decorations through suction effect. The decoratins adsorbed by the suction pipe and the textile to be stuck with decorations are pressed together and heated by heater between the lifter and base frame. After the decorations are stuck onto the textile, the lifter rises and the suction pipe stops suction simultancously.
