Abstract:
     This invention discloses a tool for cuting out western-style trousers. According to the principle of garment cutting, it is designed with structure of scale and fitted with simple mechanical means used to allocate, adjust and determine the patterns, standards and sizes of a trouser's five portions-waist, hip, crotch, length and bottom of the legs, so that the outline of the tool is just the same wish the pattern of the trousers. It avoids the complicated process of allotting proportion, cunting and making patterns with a ruler. This tool provides a very easy way for people who is not an expert in garment cutting to make suitable trousers of varied sizes, patterns and standards.
