Abstract:
     This method characterizes in that pattern drawing and cutting out carries on by means of vertical and horizontal rulers and datum tables without calculation and auxiliary line. It overcomes the disadvantage of past cutting out method which is difficult to compile, hard to use, inaccurate and not suitable for popularizing. This method has feature of simplicity and convenience to handle as well as accuracy. The other feature is that it does not spend too much time to draw a pattern. One who is primarily educated and is able to take measurement can cut out various clothing rapidly after half an hour learning, the clothing cut out is as good as that cut out by clothing designers.
