Abstract:
     The invention relates to an automatic galvanized wire tying machine used for advertisement lamp box, awning house, awning cover cloth and toys, it also relates to the galvanized wire tying method. The punch pin is connected with the piston head of punching cylinder, the upper block, upper clasp grooved rail and lower part forms the cradle through supporting pole, and the punching on the upper grooved rail is located directly to the lower punching seat on the lower block; the upper clasp tube seat is installed on groove in the upper clasp grooved rail and is equipped with a upper clasp tube placed vertically; the flexible cushion is around the upper clasp groove rail; the upper push bar and the lower one are located in the upper groove rail and lower groove rail respectively, and they push the upper and lower clasp to the flexible cushion and lower clasp seat through air cylinder simultaneously. The invention is characterized in that: it solves the uniformity of the upper clasp surface when falling; and the flexible cushion softens the upper clasp falling movement and ensures the galvanized wire tying quality.
