Abstract:
     The invention relates to a method for preparing a collar mode of low collar base with front saddling and rear embracing, comprising the following steps: determining the collar size, inner collar height, outer collar width and the basic size of every part of the upper part according to the mode demand, preparing the basic borderline of the for-and-aft slice with traditional method; combining shoulder closing thread, preparing arc of inner collar and outer collar, getting the basic collar pattern; shortening the arc of the outer collar; making up the length of the arc of the inner and outer collar; modifying the arc of the outer collar; shortening the arc of the inner collar in accordance with the demand that the outer collar should be larger than the inner collar. The invention employs the turn down collar looseness ratio derived with mathematics and the formula when preparing collar, to compute out the matched data of the inner and outer collar with different width, which makes the arc of the inner collar be matched with outer collar, then designs shape according to the style demand, the invention provides mathematics theoretical basis for artificial preparation, the method is simple, it is easy to make graphic, and the method is a practical one for preparing collar.
