Abstract:
    The pipeline pressure sensor device is suitable for testing pressure of pipeline for transporting sticky, dense materiel. The device includes stub pipe, guiding flange, transmission screw, drive nut, clamp nut, clamping flange, indirect pressure transmission set, and pressure sensor. Through screw thread, the pressure sensor is connected to the drive screw. Through screw thread of drive nut, the drive screw drives the sensor to make up down motion so as to measure direct-compression at different points between axle center and tube wall. Moreover, the drive screw also can drive the sensor to rotate in certain angle range to measure pressures at one point in different angles. Through silicone oil, the pressure sensor device transfers pressure to the pressure sensor in order to prevent membrane of the sensor from wearing by conveyance medium so as to last service life.
