Abstract:
     A process for preparing outlet board includes pressing connector base directly into insulation material by mould, socketing a sealing element at stop-opening position on front surface of insulation material, inserting insulation body into shell and laying another sealing element at another end of connector base, connecting connector base to insulation material, carrying out pressure test on outlet board, carrying out the first baking on qualified outlet board and carrying out the second baking on it after sealing gum is coated in hole of connector base and is cured at normal temperature.
