Abstract:
     The disclosed charging device for individual heating and controlling temperature comprise: an indoor temperature collector with a temperature sensor on input end; and a controller with input end being arranged all of an outdoor temperature sensor, a water-feeding temperature sensor, and a return-water temperature sensor, and analog output end connected to an electric control valve through a drive amplifier. Wherein, the corresponding method comprises: scaling heating parameters by the correlative program stored in the second CPU in the controller on-field, calculating weight values and thermal equivalent, and obtaining the heat charge for individual user. This invention can charge more reasonably, and prevents waste.
