Abstract:
    The alumina ceramic pipe for thermocouple is made with high purity alumina with Al2O3 content over 99.7 %, spinel, Arabic gum or other organic suspending agent and distilled water, and through mixing, forming in gypsum mold and roasting at temperature not lower than 1800 deg.c. The alumina ceramic pipe for thermocouple may be used in temperature up to 1700 deg.c, has simple making process and is favorable to raising the quality of thermocouple.
