Abstract:
    This invention discloses a NTC thermistor used in car air condition and its preparation method, in which, the thermistor is composed of a chip, metal electrodes coated on both sides of the chip, a leading out wire welded on the surface of the metal electrode and an insulation layer covering the outer surface characterizing that the main composition of the chip material includes: MnO2 40-60%, Co2O3 40-50%, Ni2O1-6% and Fe2O3 1-4%.
