Abstract:
    A weak light photon measuring apparatus belongs to the photon measuring technical field of biochemical immunization analyzer. It comprises minitype darkroom, liquid-core optical fibre, photomultiplier, amplifying circuit, pulse-generating circuit and SCM circuit. The photomultiplier, amplifying circuit, pulse-generating circuit and SCM circuit are sealed in the metal case to shield effectively. The connection between the minitype darkroom and the liquid-core optical fibre, the liquid-core optical fibre and the photomultiplier sleeve, the photomultiplier sleeve and the sealed case of the amplifying circuit are screwed joint. The advantages of the apparatus are following: the loss of light emitted by immunizing agent can be decreased, the collection efficiency of photomultiplier is increased, the interference of external field to weak electrical signals is diminished, the counting accuracy of the weak light photon is improved, and the measuring requirements of the weak light photon can be fulfilled completely.
