Abstract:
     This invention relates to a noise-measuring device and method, which comprises a first/second sound level meter both parallel coupled with following conversion unit to measure noise value and convert the noise into the first/second analog signal, and a data processing unit with a signal conversion unit to convert the analog signals into the first/second digital signal and send to treatment unit, a treatment unit to calculate and treat the signals and obtain the noise value of measured target, and a display unit all in series. This invention treats two measured data at same time to obtain the accurate noise value.
