Abstract:
    The portable electronic device set on a vehicle comprises: a power switch to provide a first/second power on first/second state, a oscillation detection unit to detect vehicle oscillation and output oscillation signal or stop outputting if no oscillation, and a control unit connected with other members. Wherein, the control unit controls the first power and second power corresponding to the oscillation signal or no signal.
