Abstract:
     This invention discloses a new type of edge banding ribbon, which is composed of the upper ribbon and the under part ribbon overlapping and is fritted together by the low melting point materials that are under the upper ribbon or on the under part ribbon. Parts of the ribbon surface have the low melting point materials, when the low melting point materials are covered with some other relatively high melting point ribbon, they will melt and frit the high melting point materials that are under and on its two layers together through ironing by the ironing device. This invention is especially fit for the edge banding of the ribbon, and because the edge of the ribbon is wrapped in the center, so the new produced ribbon edge is velvet to avoid hurting skin.
