    The utility model relates to a fat-reducing waist-band. It is a band made of water proofing and poromeric PU material with its wide middle part and two ends gradually becoming narrow; the two ends of the band is hasped by nylon hasp or buckled by elastic ribbon with plastics plug-buckle; the wide middle part is a hollow cavity capsule which is filled with chinese traditional medicine, liquid material, or added with electric heating elements; the said cavity capsule communicates with the exterior through the through hole which is equipped with the relevant hole cover or hole plug, and the temperature controller. The said band is provided with advantages such as multi-function, low cost, convenient use, water isolating, good effect of steaming sweat, nontoxic material, and innocuity.
