    A flashing waistband relates to the improvement on common band. A flashing waistband consists of band corpusbody, flashing pcb(printed circuit board), middle trigger, electric apparatus and controlling cases. The flashing waistband is characterized in that on band corpusbody there is flashing PCB. By integral flashing PCB, flashing IC (integrated circuit) chip lead wire is welded on copper of printed circuit board. The resin glues is smeared on the surface of flashing IC chip, that is soft package, which makes flashing IC chip fixed on printed circuit board.
