Abstract:
     A method for measuring weight of liquefied gas in spherical tank includes utilizing differential pressure transmitter to measure differential pressure △p at top and bottom of said tank and utilizing radar level meter to measure liquid level height H and converting them to be 4 – 20 mA current signal , then converting current signal to be voltage signal through two explosion – proof safety grids and wiring in it to analog data collection card A/ D of industrial control computer IPC for calculating out weight W of liquefied gas in spherical tank with formula as W = W1+W2 , W1= V1 X p1, W2=V2X p2, V1 =π x H2 x(R – H÷3), V2 =π x R3 x4÷3 – V1,P1=△P÷H÷G , P2 = 6607x P÷T.
