Abstract:
     The invention relates to an overload auto monitoring device and controlling method based on TPMS. The feature is that: the system is built on TPMS, and is combined by wheel pressure temperature sensor, TPMS processor, internal communication section, overload detection external communication section, and mobile overload detection device. By using the sensor signal of TPMS system, adding a overload calculating module to judge whether overload, sending the overload signal to cab TPMS panel to display and alarm, another module would send the overload signal to mobile overload detecting device. The invention sharply improves the overload detecting efficiency and reduces traffic accidents.
