Abstract:
     The present invention relates to a fiber-optic grating vehicle axle-weight dynamic weighing equipment. It includes a laser light source, the output end of said laser light source is connected with first end of fiber-optic coupler, the third end of said fiber-optic coupler is connected with fiber-optic grating wavelength demodulation module, then successively series-connected with photoelectric conversion module, data acquisition equipment and industrial control machine, and they are placed in one machine shell interior. Said invention utilizes fiber-optic grating pressure sensing head, hydraulic valve block and hydraulic soft tube array to form hydraulic pressure sensing mechanism. The described fiber-optic grating pressure sensing heat is made up using epoxy polyester to make the optical fibers of two ends of sensing grating be fixed on a metal elastic film, the described metal elastic film is stuck on the described hydraulic valve block, the described hydraulic valve block is communicated with hydraulic soft tube, and the second end of the described fiber-optic coupler is connected with optical fibre of the described sensing grating.
