Abstract:
     An improved device used as both bell of bike and spring balance can be fixed to the handle-bar of a bike. It has a manually regulate reset screw for resetting the pointer to zero, two hooks for weighting heavy or light goods, an arc handle, an arc rack bar, and a gear engaged with said arc rack bar.
