    A hydraulic weight device of buffer type consists of data collection system, cylinder body with air vent and air intake holes, piston rod with sink hole, disc spring set in said sink hole, damping baffle with a numbers of through holes, disc spring baffle with impact proof seal washer, oil cylinder guarding cover buckled on cylinder body, guide sleeve set between piston rod and cylinder body, and pressure transmitter connected to data collection system.
