Abstract:
    The invention relates to industry electronic scale and weighting measuring method. It mainly adopts analog-digital conversion circuit, data storage, condition indicator light circuit, condition acoustic prompting circuit, and data display circuit. The weighting measuring method includes the following steps: processing by microcomputer digital filtering; storing the tested goods actual weight value in microcomputer internal memory; reading upper-lower limit the data stored in the storage by software program, comparing and judging with the actual weight value; consecutive sampling, analyzing the minimum value as the new weight reference value to store in the internal memory after processing by microcomputer digital filtering; using the continual renewed zero weight reference value to remove sundries weight value. The invention has the advantages of fast measuring speed, high efficiency, exact metering, reliable, and lowering brainwork strength for worker, auto removing the influence caused by continual additive sundries for product weight in industry production process.
