Abstract:
     The on-line range-changeable fluid meter for measuring the flow rate of pipeline fluid is comprised of flow rate sensor, differential pressure transducer and secondary meter. The flow rate sensor is a 90 deg bend with straight pipe section at both ends connected in fluid channel. On the wall of bend there are a wedge shaped or trapezoidal resistance piece and 304 pressure sampling holes in the front and rear of said resistance piece. The flow rate in pipe line can be displayed by measuring the pressure difference between sampling holes and through differential pressure transducer and general analog or digital secondary meter. Said invention features wide measuring range, good measuring accuracy, sturdy and durable.
