Abstract:
     The ionization characteristic of radioactive particle is used to mark gas molecule going through pipeline and the capacitors or electromagnetic sensors arranged at own stream can measure the flow speed and flowrate of the gas. High measuring accuracy may be obtained by the inter related measuring structure including two sensors without timing system of ray-emitting instant. It also has high interference and pollution resistance, and may be used for polluted gas flow.
