Abstract:
     The composite watermeter consists of a main meter for measuring large flow rate, a submeter for measuring small flow rate and an automatic change-over valve installed behind the main meter. Said change-over valve consists of a supporter, a central leading pin, latching mechanism, a sealing face and a ring cavity for containing the latching mechanism. Said latching mechanism possesses of a disc shape edge whose front portion locates at the cylindrical portion of the ring cavity while the valve is in the closed position.
