Abstract:
    The invention provides a hood and clothes with the hood capable of readily recognizing the surrounding sound by a wearer. The hood and clothes with the hood have openings for passing a sound therethrough near parts corresponding to ears of a wearer and the openings are formed by mutually overlapping edges of two cloths. Either one of the cloths covers an area extending from temple parts of the wearer to the vicinities of ears and the other covers the cheek parts of the wearer. The edge part on the lower side of the cloth covering the area extending from the temple parts to the vicinities of the ears is located on the outside relatively to the edge part on the upper side of the cloth covering the cheek parts.
