When the bags are filled with magnetic therapy cards which have magnetic blocks made up by plastics or rubber plate, the waist coat can be used as magnet therapeutic health-care suit. When the bags are filled with weight loaded cards which have elastic package made up by steel ball plastics or rubber plate, the waist coat can be used as weight carrying training suit.
